Kokoro is a seventh-grade student. Due to being bullied, she cannot go to school. She is invited to the Castle. Kokoro's mother leads her to an alternative school called "Kokoro no Kyoshitu," literally meaning "Classroom for the Heart."

At Kokoro no Kyoshitu, Kokoro met a teacher, Ms. Kitajima. She's a graduate of Yukishina No.5 junior high school.

three-coloured soboro rice

Generally, three-coloured soboro rice consists of ground chicken(brown), egg(yellow), and spinach(green). Cooked cod might be used in some regions.

Kokoro is invited to the castle by the Wolf Queen. The first day Kokoro ran away, but the next morning she went to the castle. The mirror in her room is the entrance door of the castle. In the castle, there are six children.
When the Wolf Queen told them that the castle opens from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM in JST(+0900), Kokoro thought that the other six do not go to school, either.

Japanese honorific word "sama"

"Sama" is a Japanese honorific word, which shows respect and is often used in formal situations. When you write a letter, you will attach "sama" after his/her name. In oral situations, "sama" is a standard honorific when shop staffs call their customers, while it sounds awkward in casual cases.

Japanese Educational Stytem Starts in April, the second term starts in September, and the third term starts in January.
